


CyberSpace
During the production period of this project, I wasn't very confident in my abilities to model and texture, so I resorted in a rather simpler approach. blocks.
I piece together a world using Unity's rectangles. Coupled with a distinct color scheme (white + neon cyan), I managed to create a map with a cybernatic/futuristic atmosphere. It looks cool and all thanks to the contrast between the white and the bright neon cyan, but something was missing.
The world felt a little still, and no amount of intricate block structures would do me any good. The only way to fix it is to add movement.
So I came up with the idea to animate most of the background props like trees, grass, doors, platforms etc...
And the end result was CyberSpace.
